A yellow to tan crystalline solid (≥98% purity). A primary aromatic diamine, OPDA is a key intermediate in the synthesis of dyes, corrosion inhibitors, agrochemicals, phthalocyanine pigments, pharmaceuticals, epoxy hardeners, and removing sulfur species in mining.
