Product Introduction

A 40% w/w aqueous solution of the gaseous primary amine. Strongly basic, highly reactive, flammable, and used extensively as a building block in pesticides, solvents (e.g. NMP), pharmaceuticals, surfactants, and other specialty chemicals.

Applications

Safety & Handling

  • Highly flammable and corrosive; gases heavier than air. H225, H302, H318, H331, H335 hazards. Use full PPE, handle under ventilation, store cool and protected from sunlight; containers are pressurized and require special handling.
